Why was my account verification rejected?
Why was my account verification rejected?
If your automated verification was unsuccessful, it is usually due to one of the following common reasons:
- Data mismatch – the personal details entered in your identification form do not exactly match the information on your identity document.
Note: Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) as our system automatically sends an email notification in this case. You may simply need to review and confirm your data via the link provided. - Document issues – your identity card or passport has expired, or the document type is not supported by our system.
- Poor photo or video quality – the photos of your ID were blurry, reflective, had information covered, or the edges of the document were cut off. Alternatively, your facial verification video may have been unclear or taken in poor lighting.
If your verification is rejected, please contact us, and we will check your application and assist you in completing the process successfully.
