Account verification as a natural person involves providing your personal details, completing a PEP statement and confirming your identity. The identity check is carried out through Onfido using your identity document and biometric verification. Before you start, make sure you have a valid identity document with you.

From the profile menu, select Account verification to open the verification section.

Choose Account for natural person to begin the verification process for an individual account.
Fill in the identification form
Complete the form with your personal details and information from your identity document.
You will need to provide:

- last name,
- nationality,
- country of birth,
- date of birth,
- type of identity document,
- series and number of the identity document,
- expiry date of the identity document,
- country of residence.

How to verify an organisation account?
To collect donations as an organisation or company, you need to complete a two-stage verification process.
First, the person representing the organisation needs to complete account verification as a natural person. This confirms the identity of the person acting on behalf of the organisation.
Once the representative has been verified, they can submit a request to create an organisation or company account using the form available in the account settings. Customer Support will then contact them with information about the documents required to verify the organisation.
