How to use recurring donations on 4fund.com?

Great news for all those who want to organise a fundraiser with recurring donations. You can do it easily on our portal! Below you will find some important information on this subject.

Receiving ongoing financial support through the 4fund.com platform is a great idea for creatives, sports clubs or charities. But anyone can use this feature! Whether you are organising a school fundraiser or raising money to make your dreams come true, you are able to make your campaign a recurring one!

You can decide on recurring donation with one click. If the Organiser has enabled recurring donations for a fundraiser, after clicking "support", you will see the following picture:

The image shows a section titled Select method of payment, encouraging users to support organizers by setting up recurring payments. It mentions that users can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payment intervals and can cancel recurring payments anytime in account settings.

Two payment options are displayed: Recurring payment and Single payment.

Below the recurring payment option, there is a blue box titled Why is it worth paying regularly?. The benefits listed include that the organizer receives 100% of the funds without any commission, users remain in full control and can stop support anytime without obligations, and the organizer can fully focus on their work. It also mentions that supporters get permanent access to posts and a special distinction, they do not have to remember about future payments, and that it is easier than it may seem, followed by a smiley face emoticon.

The layout is clear and informative, highlighting the advantages of recurring payments while offering the flexibility of single payments.

Important - the possibility of recurring donations is available only to Donators logged in on 4fund.com - this is due to the need to allow them to opt out of transferring recurring support, which is possible in the User's Profile settings (you can opt out of recurring donations at any time by logging in to your profile on 4fund.com and going to 'Settings' -> 'Recurring Donations' and then cancelling them in one click).

The option to enable recurring donations for a given fundraiser is only available to fundraisers who have passed the full two-step personal verification described in the terms and conditions. You can enable recurring payments for your fundraiser in the contributions settings:

The image displays a settings window titled Paid settings. It allows users to configure options for donations. At the top, there is an option to Sort donations by, with two selectable buttons: Amount and Date, where the Date option is highlighted in red.

Below, there are three checkboxes with options, each marked as active with red checkmarks. The options are Show donation amounts, Show names of contributors, and Allow recurring payments. The third option, Allow recurring payments, is outlined with a red box for emphasis.

At the bottom of the window, there are two buttons: a Cancel button in pink and a Save button in red. The design is clean and straightforward, providing donation management settings with an emphasis on recurring payment functionality.

Important - recurring payments will only be functioning for active fundraisers, in the profiles of those who have successfully verified their accounts. For fundraisers blocked by 4fund.com, disabled by the fundraiser, removed by the fundraiser or restricted in any way by the operator (4fund.com) or the fundraiser, recurring payments will be automatically discontinued.
