In September 2024, our volunteer Ammar Kaskeen in Northern Gaza, along with other volunteers, managed to distribute 33 vegetable and fruit parcels to families in Northern Gaza. Each parcel, sourced at 48 euros, consists of 1 kg of olives, 1/2 kg of lemons, 1/2 kg of guava, 1/2 kg of pumpkin, 1/2 kg of sycamore fruit, 1/2 kg of red dates, 1/2 kg of zucchini, 1/2 kg of cucumber, and 1/2 kg of eggplant.

In October 2024, 110 plant-based food parcels were sourced, at around 38 Euros including the cashing fees of 9%, and distributed. Each parcel contained Za’atar, Gazan duqqa, olive oil, and bread. The distribution was dedicated to recently displaced people from Beit Lahya City and Jabalia Refugee Camp in northern Gaza to the central and western parts of Gaza City. It’s worth noting that vegetables were not available in northern Gaza at the time.

In November 2024, our team in central Gaza distributed 83 food parcels containing vegetables. Each parcel was sourced at 31 Euros. To date, 772 food parcels have been distributed, including 217 in northern Gaza.

On a different note, due to the harsh conditions faced by displaced people during the winter, we conducted a poll on our social media to ask our donors if they would support dedicating part of the donations to distributing winter clothing. The idea received 100% support in the vote. Consequently, in December 2024, 100 shopping vouchers were distributed in Northern Gaza to purchase winter clothes for children, women, and the elderly in Gaza City. Each family decided which of its members needed clothes the most. The value of each voucher was 150 shekels, equivalent to 40 euros.

All received funds have been transferred to Gaza. We still have remaining funds to withdraw from this fundraiser, which will be sent to our contacts in Gaza for food or winter clothing distributions. We will provide an update on this soon.
