As a 17 year hospitality professional i have decided to take the entrepreneurial route.

First step is to make a name for the 369 brand, and to not ask from the start for large donations to open a venues, I have decided to start small with prebatched cocktails, that will be retailed and as well served on private and Corporate events.

369 names comes from the Teslas numbers and in the Bar world with 9 base spirits, 6 taste modifiers (sweet,sour,salty,spicy,umami,bitter) and 3 top ups (soda, tonic, prosseco), we are able to create any type of cocktail.

The idea for the fundraiser is to created prebatched cocktails with production lines named "Something sweet vol.1" , "Something sour vol.1" etc in limited bottle lines of 30 pieces and change flavour and base spirit for each new line and with the ingredients write a recommendation on how and with what to serve the cocktail for a upscale cocktail expirienece at home with your friends and family.

Trough that I want to build a brand name and credibility to be able to open my own venue called "369 cocktail and snack bar" that will put the 369 philosophy into a glass and continue as a retail site for the prebatched cocktail lines.

We start small and hopefully develop a successful 369 Franchise model that is able to scale in the Future internationaly.
