Witold was diagnosed with Type One diabetes at the age of 4.
There has never been any contact with this disease in the family. It was very difficult for us - we had to learn everything from scratch.
Due to high sugar levels, Witek needs an insulin pump, which unfortunately is not reimbursed. It is practically impossible for us to collect such a large amount!
Diabetes is a very expensive disease… and life-shortening
