Iris Photographer from Estonia! My name is Kati, and I have finally found "my thing." After years of living abroad and searching for that specific something to weave together my life experiences, my drive to create, and my energy, I can finally say: I am doing what I love, and for the first time in my life, I am truly happy. I never imagined I would become an artist. I’ve always known I was creative, a natural communicator, and someone who loves technical precision. This journey has grown like a snowball effect, and I truly believe everything happens for a reason. An Estonian Patriot and World Explorer I have always taken immense pride in my roots. Estonia is small but filled with wonders, and for an iris photographer, our people are a literal paradise—our genetic diversity is staggering. My goal is to bring Estonia to the world in a unique way. Through the virtual world and my exhibitions, I aim to showcase our culture, nature, and heritage while simultaneously looking deep into the human soul. "Seeing the Unseen" – World Discovery 2026 This exhibition is the second installment of my iris photography trilogy. While the first part served as an introduction, we are now diving much deeper. This project focuses on: Genetic Peculiarities and Pathologies: Exploring traumas, diseases, and true rarities; I am sincerely honored that these works will serve an educational purpose as study materials for students at the University of Tartu’s Faculty of Medicine; The Pyramid of Multiples: From Estonian twins to septuplets living abroad. I will stop at nothing to bring this vision to life. I see myself as a mediator between our world and the world of the iris, and I am fascinated by every new discovery this "mirror of the soul" offers This project is my mark on the world—a step toward something greater that unites technical precision with pure human beauty.
