I have a debt pit of €10,000, completely beyond my control. The cause is actually complex. I am already physically disabled, deaf, half-blind, and had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. I slipped on the slippery tiles in my apartment and tore open my tailbone to such an extent that even my kidneys were visible through the large hole. I fell into a coma because of it. I was lying on the floor and not moving anymore. Fortunately for me, the healthcare nurse found me in that condition and called an ambulance. I was really close to death. I had to stay in the hospital for over a year, but meanwhile, my payments fell behind. No one could go to my apartment and settle the payments I always made online with an encrypted pin. While I was in hospital, never got an income. After the hospital, I was not allowed to go home yet but had to undergo rehabilitation that also lasted almost a year. The day I finally got to go home, there were a whole lot of reprimands and bailiff's notices. Can you please help me with this, before I lost everything?
