Yes...it seems true. Seniors are no longer of interest..They must die poor, sad and helpless. What is the point of them? Why waste our resources on them? I have noticed that everyone thinks the same. We prefer to donate to cats and dogs..We feel sorry for them. Not for the elderly.

They are the ones who carried us when we couldn’t walk.

They are the hands that fed us, the voices that taught us right from wrong, the quiet strength that held families together through decades of hardship.

And now... too many of them are alone.

In small, cold apartments.

We can’t rewrite their past.

Today I'm leaving for Urziceni with the clothes I bought from the second-hand store for the children. I’ve also packed the games from Dragon, which will be offered to poor children to bring a little color and joy into their childhoods, so often marked by poverty and hardship.

For the elderly, we’re bringing adult diapers and other basic supplies for those who are bedridden, isolated, and completely lacking social support — many surviving on miserable pensions, if they have one at all. In rural areas, there are almost no job opportunities, and services for the elderly simply don’t exist.

We still need funds to continue helping these families, children, and elderly people in need. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a real difference in their lives.
