Dear Donors!

Since 2010 (diagnosis in 2013) I have been struggling with an incurable, autoimmune (autoimmune) disease - primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) with an incidence of 13/100,000. Treatment is symptomatic, as current medicine is unable to answer the cause of the condition and thus enable effective treatment.

In October 2020, I was officially (first signs appeared in 2014) diagnosed with a second disease, a co-morbid condition - ulcerative colitis - which resulted in an extension of treatment and a narrowing of an already quite restrictive diet.

In April and May 2022, my health deteriorated drastically and the aggravating pain was unbearable. It took me more than six months to return to the state that I was in before this exceptional exacerbation of my illness, although my large intestine will never again be what it once was, and the various, never-before-seen anomalies of my digestive system are present with me every day. In May 2023, I was diagnosed with further illnesses: spondyloarthropathy and fibromyalgia - I have struggled with the severe symptoms of these illnesses for a long time, including unimaginable joint pain.
