These sessions are focused on building your connection to your own body, recognising its basic needs (such as deeper breathing, closing tired eyes, doing some movements, releasing stress, anger, crying, expressing joy or gratitude, noticing how something feels and other similar techniques).


Please note the words "Body Flow" do not mean any possible buzzword or trademark etc., but mean simply a peaceful and awesome state we will aim your body (and soul) to feel during these Sessions. This also means no physical products are meant to be delivered to you upon this offer.

Please also understand that these sessions are not medical, or physiotherapeutic, they are also not professional workouts, bodybuilding sessions, yoga, pilates or other medical or sporty content.


This is a 3x30-minute Session which gives us more time to incorporate the bodywork techniques into your common daily routine.


What we can achieve during this 30-minute session depends on your current connection with your body and also on which point of your life you are currently in.

After your purchase, the day and time of your online session will be arranged based on the free spots in both your and mine calendars. You can also use the overall time as a 3x30-minute, 2x45-minute or even 1x90-minute session depending on your needs and preferences.
