For more than six years, I have been involved in long, emotionally exhausting family-related legal and administrative proceedings.

During this time, I have repeatedly had to defend myself against serious allegations that I believe are unfounded. Some proceedings have taken years before the allegations against me were discontinued or did not result in a finding against me. Even where an allegation is not substantiated, the legal representation, travel, time, and emotional burden can be overwhelming.

I am not asking for support to attack or shame anyone. I am asking for help so that I can continue to defend my right to remain a loving, stable, and present father in my daughters’ lives, while also protecting my own basic financial security.

My daughters are minors and live a considerable distance away from me. A single scheduled weekend contact visit involves approximately 800 kilometres of travel in total. These journeys are essential for maintaining a meaningful and regular relationship with them, but they also create substantial and recurring costs.

The costs of legal representation, travel, attending hearings and official appointments, and maintaining everyday life have reached a point where I can no longer carry them alone. The funds raised will be used for:

- legal representation and case-related costs;

- travel and participation in required proceedings;

- travel and practical expenses connected to maintaining contact with my daughters;

- essential living expenses during this difficult period.

My daughters’ privacy is extremely important to me. I will not share their names, photographs, private documents, recordings, or detailed information about ongoing proceedings. I will, however, provide occasional general updates about the fundraiser and its use, while respecting all privacy and legal boundaries.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will help me remain present, responsible, and able to continue through a situation that has already lasted far too long. Sharing this fundraiser is also a meaningful form of support.
