Description
I'm from Lebanon. I put all my savings to apply for visa via a recruitment agency to travel to Europe and start fresh after the situation happened in my country (economic instability/ port explosion/ wars/ ....) .
I got my visa and left the country but things went sideways and i went therapy after being diagnosed with post traumatic anxiety and depression. I'm following up with my psychiatrist and taking my meds, but i couldn't work and fulfil my duties at work properly so i had to take some time off and go through therapy. And now, the agency that brought me here has filed a lawsuit of 14,800 euros plus lawyers fees to be paid within 10 days because i had my ID and didn't work yet (even though i worked for 4 months prior to obtaining my ID) and i don't have that kind of money. I am also not allowed to leave the country until the dept is settled. I can't file a lawsuit against them because i don't have that kind of money to afford a lawyer
