Description

I have a dream.
Not of riches, just of a roof.
Of peace, not silence.
Of home, not survival.
I’ve fought shadows — in courtrooms, in my mind.
And I’m still standing.
Help me turn the page. For them. For hope. For light.
“Help Us Finish the Home We’ve Been Fighting For 5 Years and Counting”
In 2020, we took a leap of faith. With a mortgage in hand and hearts full of hope, we set out to build a safe, permanent home for our children. What was meant to be the foundation of our family’s future quickly became a relentless uphill battle.
From day one, we faced unimaginable roadblocks: legal pressures from neighbors, bureaucratic hurdles, and an onslaught of administrative demands that brought our construction to a standstill for nearly five years. Despite everything, we pressed on—enduring four court cases and shouldering massive costs for architects, engineers, lawyers, and regulatory compliance.
But the fight didn’t stop there. In addition to these overwhelming challenges, I have been battling severe mental health struggles—bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, seasonal depression, and severe anxiety. My condition, while being managed with treatment, has added an emotional layer to an already incredibly difficult journey. At times, it felt like I was not only fighting for my family’s future but also for my own stability. Through all of this, I’ve been determined to move forward and provide for my family, no matter how tough things got.
Then, just as we were finally turning a corner in March 2025, our bank unexpectedly froze our mortgage contract and denied further funding.
Here’s where we stand today:
• Paying €2,580/month for a house we still can’t live in
• Paying €2,041/month in rent to keep a roof over our heads
• Drowning in debts to professionals who helped us get this far
• Watching our children grow up in uncertainty and emotional strain
We’ve exhausted every option, every resource except one: the kindness of people who believe in community, compassion, and second chances.
If just 1.5 million people donate €1 each, we can finally finish our home, give our kids the stability they deserve, and rebuild our lives. And once we’re on our feet again, we commit to paying it forward by supporting other families facing their own impossible challenges.
How you can help:
• Donate what you can—every euro makes a difference
• Share our story with friends, family, coworkers, and on social media
• Follow our journey—we’ll be posting regular photo and video updates so you can see exactly how your generosity is changing lives
This is more than a campaign. It’s a call for hope, for humanity, for a future rebuilt through unity.
From our family to yours, thank you for believing in us.
