We're embarking on an exciting venture to introduce themed rooms in the Pays de la Loire, France. Our vision is to acquire a spacious house that allows us to create guest quarters for visitors from across the globe!

Before we dive deeper, let's introduce ourselves.

We're a couple in our early thirties, living in Orleans, nestled among the iconic Loire Castles. Our journey is shared with our two loyal pets, both amusingly named Maya—a delightful coincidence since one was my French bulldog and the other Chloe's cat before we met. Their names stayed, simplifying things as only one responds to calls.

Now, about our dream.

We aim to host international guests, fostering unforgettable encounters. Our goal is to sustain ourselves through our themed accommodations, stepping away from our current jobs. We envision purchasing a large property in Orleans, equipped with guesthouses that embody luxury themes—think high-end furniture, jacuzzi, steam rooms, all within uniquely themed spaces. Our envisioned themes include:

• A Slytherin-inspired Harry Potter room, diving into the house's refined elegance, contrasting the common Gryffindor themes. Dark greens, deep browns, black, and silver will dominate this space.
• A Zen retreat, capturing the essence of Japanese tranquility, complete with a floor-embedded pond and minimalist luxury.
• A Jungle-themed room, infused with Bali's spirit, lush greenery, wood accents, a hanging net, and a room swing, all designed to serene luxury standards.
• A Greek chamber, featuring whitewashed walls, blue accents, authentic Greek furniture, and a welcoming pond.

Why integrate these rooms into our home's land?

It's all about providing a personalized experience, far beyond the impersonal key box. We want to pamper our guests with a welcome pack (Loire Valley wines, fine chocolates from Orleans, and a thematic gift), a lavish breakfast spread (complete with eggs, bacon, seasonal fruits, pastries, local jams, honey, coffee, tea), and exclusive discounts to nearby attractions through partnerships.

What funding do we need?

To bring this vision to life, we're aiming for 1 million euros. This would allow us to secure a beautiful property with enough space to ensure privacy for our guests, enhancing their experience. Ideally, a Loire-facing location would add a magical touch.
