Hello dears,

This is Adrian and Agnieszka form Poland (Sopot town). We run, the WE Foundation and the Jasna Polska (Bright Poland) Portal, together. You can find us on the websites www.fundacjamy.com and www.jasnapolska.pl.

It will be short and substantial. Our Foundation (The WE Foundation from Sopot) supports broadly understood personal development, freedom and alternative movements, in particular freedom of religion and freedom to shape the worldview of every person in this world. Our Foundation was sued by ultra catholic Kaja Godek (the so-called catholic pro-life; she is very  known from polish TV and other mainstream media), so we need your support - financial and help in spreading this internet collection.

All articles and original texts on personal development and alternative approaches to life published for several years on the blog of the Bright Poland Portal (www.jasnapolska.pl) have been and are available in their entirety for free. You have full access to them. You can translate them. These texts have helped and continue to help many people in difficult periods of their lives (we know this thanks to numerous emails of thanks).

On the www.jasnapolska.pl website run by the WE Foundation, during the Women's Strike in Poland, texts appeared supporting Polish women in the fight for their rights and inalienable freedoms, including the right to decide about their fate, their body, their worldview and their lives (including: Article entitled "Abortion and Women's Strike, or the Clash of Old and New Energy in Poland"). Moreover, our Foundation has collected, in a separate article, information and contacts to people and organizations that are useful to all women (or their partners) when pregnancy happens and a woman is looking for first aid, support and rescue in this difficult and stressful moment. Well, these texts probably angered Mrs. Kaja Godek, who, as we know, is the so-called catholic pro-life defender and the face of anti-abortion organizations in Poland. We suspect that the above-mentioned texts and presented worldview of our Foundation resulted in our Foundation (WE Foundation in Sopot) being sued to the District Court in Gdansk under the guise of protecting personal rights. Mrs. Kaja Godek demands that our Foundation pay PLN 15,000.00 (almost 4.000,00 EURO), remove the article content (which in our opinion does not constitute any infringement of personal rights) and cover all court costs. The case was registered under ref. no. file XV C 322/23, and we currently need your financial help.

We collect funds for legal services for the entire court process: e.g. covering court costs, costs of IT experts, opinions, costs of legal assistance and legal services for the entire process, as well as ensuring the continued operation of the Foundation in this difficult period for us. The case only started in the first instance, so it will probably last a long time (because each party will probably file an appeal and other permissible legal remedies in the future).

Before Ms. Kaja Godek filed a lawsuit against our Foundation, we received a pre-court summons from her attorney, to which we responded politely, thinking that the case would be over. But this did not stop Mrs. Godek from filing a lawsuit with the Court.

In the activities of our Foundation, we ended each financial year without any profit, nothing remains on our accounts, and we even contribute to its activities.
