### Development Plan

Our development strategy is divided into three key phases, each with its own financial goals and deliverables. We aim to make Vâr'Colaci Chei fully operational and accessible, while maintaining its eco-friendly principles.

**Phase 1: Access Road Construction (€50,000)**  

The first step is to build a 300-meter access road, ensuring smooth and safe entry for visitors. This road will connect the main highway to the campground, making the location easily accessible for travelers.

**Phase 2: Camping Development (€100,000)**  

Once the road is completed, we will begin preparing the land for camping, and safety fences. This includes creating designated areas for tents and hammocks, installing fire pits, and ensuring proper waste management facilities.

**Phase 3: Facilities and Services (€100,000)**  

The final phase focuses on providing additional services to enhance the visitor experience. This includes setting up eco-friendly waste management systems, constructing communal areas, and offering recreational equipment such as kayaks for rent.
