Hello, 

Our family is going through a very difficult time right now - I have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia. The treatment is long, complicated and requires a lot of financial resources that we cannot raise alone. I am Gabrielle, I am 21 years old, and until recently I had an active life - working, studying, playing sports. I have been active in my life, playing football for the women's team at Hegelmann. Then one day I was admitted to hospital with pneumonia and was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia. I will remember that day for the rest of my life, my active life turned around one hundred and eighty degrees. The doctors gave me hope that we could recover and get back to an active life. I have big goals and I would like to make sport my future. However, the treatment is extremely long and painful. After the first chemotherapy, I realised that I could not give up and that I had to fight until the end. We are asking for your help - every euro you donate is extremely important. Your support will give me hope and the opportunity to fight this serious disease.
