Emil Kot

I'm a very ambitious young football coach with 15 years of experience within the football industry. I'm crazy about the beautiful game. I am an UEFA B licensed coach with experience of working full time in Polonia Warsaw (5th & 4th tier of Polish football ladder) football club as an assistant manager of Piotr Dziewicki (UEFA PRO). I was the youngest assistant manager (23yo) at this level. Additionally I have experience which I gained in the UK as a Manager of Middlesex County Premier Division side PFC Victoria London (Step 9,Step 8 & Step 7), Head Coach of Bedfont & Feltham FC (Step 6) ,Head Coach of Balham FC (Step 5) and most recently First Team Head Coach of Kingstonian FC (Step 3). I have been managing PFC Victoria London since it was founded in July 2016 and we recorded two back-to-back league promotions on the Middlesex County Football League ladder. Additionally we won Middlesex Intermediate Cup in 2019. During my spell as a full-time assistant at Polonia Warsaw, I worked alongside club manager Piotr Dziewicki (UEFA PRO) during our promotion campaign 2013/14 as we reached the Polish Third Division (4 tier). I am still continuing my coaching education at the Football Associations of Wales, England & Scotland where I’m currently in the process of applying for UEFA A licence. It will be my sixth year of applying for this license. Learning never ends!
