Opis
This is my Grampies' house: phase 1 - Project and authorizations, first project step.
Total cost is around 200k€
phase 1 cost is 20k€
I desire to renew this house: I want to use an Italian patent to reinforce the walls without any change to the house disposition except for the roof floor. at level -1 there will be the kitchen and a bedroom with a private bathroom and a small reserved garden. at floor 0 we'll have a living room that can be used also as a working space. at level 1 we'll have 3 bedroom with private bathroom and a loft to use the roof as an area for an additional bed. each room can easily host a family or a group of friends!
