Hi, Giampiero from Avezzano, 80 km from Rome in the middle of Italy.

I was born in a small city in the south of Italy,Tortora, Calabria.

Bulit on Hills, 300 meters over the sea level

, it has a long history with Etrurian and Roman influence. you can find testimonial of it in the local cosy museum.

it has also a beautiful churches.

it is exposed at west and looks at Tirrenic Sea that is just 5 kilometer from the historical center, a really beautiful sea, with small islands and natural arches, ideal for sail and dive.

This is my Grampies' house: on three levels, it looks at the sea at west. there is a small commercial activity at level 0. my grandfather opened a market after the second war and he failed because he wasn't able to ask money for food in a so difficult period.

I think it will be stellar to have there a new small activity.

I desire to renew this house: I want to use an Italian patent to reinforce the walls without any change to the house disposition except for the last floor. at level -1 there will be the kitchen and a bedroom with a private bathroom. that rooms have a an access to a small reserved garden. at floor 0 we'll have a living room that can be used also as a working space. at level 1 we'll have 3 bedroom with private bathroom and a loft to use the roof as an area for an additional bed. each room can easily host a family.

Connected to this house there is a land that gave food to the grampies' family. it is 15,000 square meter. I want to plant there olive, orange, fig trees as it was in the past and renew the small house.

There are two small rivers 60 meters below the house that give a special sound to that place making it timeless. It is a special place to realize an olistic center and it can also be used for small handmade activities demo.

All these activities will require around 700,000 euro to be completed.

I just can imagine my grampies to be proud for this, for all of this!
