Tickets to Mexico 🇲🇽

Hello Dear Travelers, this time me and my daughter we were traveling to Mexico 🇲🇽

where Laura should meet her Daddy after a long time exactly on his Bday. In fact due to some technical problems on KLM website they had we could not board on time to that plane ✈️

our trip is gone and according to the policy of the airlines they can not take responsibility of that issues until their claim department will not look closer on that case and they have 30 days to do so. Our tickets and the money get lost if so for now. Therefore we are kindly asking for help to rebuy the tickets and get on that plane asap to fulfill that dream of that little girl to meet her daddy as the founds we had for that trip get canceled by KLM which are balling me from Claim to Booking departments without any answer since the issue happens. Hanging the phone and not willing to help held by procedures and deadlines authorizations. We had plan that trip for so long. All of us has take extra free at work and plan family reunion on that Holidays for Laura to meet the father after one year.

Therefor I kindly ask to open your warm hearts and help us to make this flight asap as I found some great charter direct flights and great deals on 10.11.2023 so our trip would be shorter but still possible.
