This disease has taken away my ability to breathe on my own—I rely on a ventilator and a tracheostomy tube to survive. I also need a wheelchair for mobility, but getting around is a major challenge without a specialized wheelchair-accessible van ,I am reaching out for your support to help me regain some independence and improve my quality of life.
