I am the father of two wonderful little ones, a five-year-old daughter Laura, and a seven-year-old son Tymon.

After almost two years of court battle, we are finally together, happy and safe; the problem is that the court created a bummer and legal absurdity in which I pay alimony when I'm raising children, the judgment is invalid due to the appeal of the children's mother and the earlier judgment is still in effect.

In January children's mother gave them to me under care for two weeks in during which she was supposed to do some new work training, and then informed that she going abroad for a month and that's how the toddlers stayed with me, not wanting to come back to her.

In revenge she went to the bailiff, submitting a false notification for many months back and robs her own children, depriving their guardian of the possibility of normal maintenance to this day, she is not interested in the new court verdict.

All cases are, of course, in court and the papers will lie there for months without examination.

I did not think that I would find myself in such a situation, but half a year of looting exhausted my financial possibilities and looking optimistically

for court case dates another half a year ahead of us.

Jestem ojcem dwójki wspaniałych maluchów, pięcioletniej córki Laury oraz siedmioletniego syna Tymona.

Po prawie dwuletniej batali sądowej w końcu jesteśmy razem, szczęśliwi , bezpieczni; problemem jest w tym, że sąd stworzył bubel i absurd prawny w którym wychowując dzieci płacę alimenty, wyrok jest nieprawomocny z powodu apelacji matki dzieci a wcześniejsze zabezpieczenie wciąż działa.

Matka dzieci w styczniu oddała je pod opiekę na dwa tygodnie w czasie którym miała zrobić szkolenie po czym poinformowała, że wyjeżdża za granicę na miesiąc i tak już szkraby ze mną zostały nie chcąc do niej wracać.

W zemście udała się do komornika, składając fałszywe zawiadomienie na wiele miesięcy wstecz i ograbia własne dzieci pozbawiając ich opiekuna możliwości normalnego utrzymania po dzień dzisiejszy, wyrok jej nie interesuje.

Wszystkie sprawy są oczywiście w sądzie a papiery będą leżały tam kolejne miesiące bez rozpoznania.

Nie sądziłem, że znajdę się w takiej sytuacji natomiast pół roku grabieży wyczerpało możliwości finansowe a patrząc optymistycznie na terminy sądowe kolejne pół roku przed nami..
