Our Amazonian Medicinal Plant Healing Center is dedicated to offering healing and wellness therapies using traditional medicinal plants from the Amazon rainforest, with a special focus on ayahuasca and other shamanic medicines. Located on a 5-hectare plot of land in the Peruvian jungle, it will provide a serene and natural environment for those seeking an alternative approach to improving their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

The Healing Center in the Peruvian Amazon arises from the vision of its founder, Doris Hutter. After personally experiencing the profound benefits of ayahuasca and other medicinal plants during her time in the Amazon rainforest, she felt inspired to create a space where others could similarly experience healing and personal growth. With a deep admiration for ancestral shamanic traditions and a commitment to human well-being and environmental conservation, the founder aims to establish the center as a sacred sanctuary in the heart of the jungle.

The project not only aims to offer therapeutic services but also to promote environmental conservation and respect for local communities, thereby contributing to the well-being of the region and its inhabitants. This project is based on values of respect, integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to the holistic well-being of individuals and the natural environment in which it will operate.

To fulfill our mission and achieve our goals, we require initial funding for the acquisition of land in the Amazon, enabling the construction of sustainable infrastructure and staff training. We estimate needing an initial investment of € 332,463.00 € to cover initial expenses and ensure the proper operation of the center during the first few years.

The project's financial plan has been thoroughly evaluated, and the results show that the project is financially viable and promising. The calculated profitability levels, represented by the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 31% and the projected Average Annual Net Present Value (NPV) is 223,475.49 €, are both positive, indicating that the project has the potential to generate favorable returns.

Based on the results of the financial plan, we can conclude that the project to establish a healing center with medicinal plants in the Amazon rainforest has a solid financial foundation and offers a lucrative opportunity for investors.
