I started this fundraiser in the name of my best friend Hadidi. We met during our studies in Brasov, Romania and we have been best friends since 2009. Here is her story, written by her in person, sharing this experience with all of you with the hope that maybe together we can help her idea grow.

What I can share from my point of view is the fact that she is indeed one of the most hardworking woman I have ever met, full of compassion for others and full of energy and passion for her own projects, leaving no one's needs behind no matter what. She is a working mom of 2 and she has an MBA.

The Spice of Life

My name is Hadiza Ali, I’m 33 years old and I am the proud of owner of a Spices business for 4 years now. I have been running the business under the name The Yaji Lady. ‘Yaji’’ is simply a term that means ‘’dried chilli’’. It is a popular condiment we add to our food to give it more character, to make it more flavorful and to make it more SPICY. However, our spice range extends beyond dried chilli to include other popular dried spices like garlic, ginger and onion flakes. 

This business is a place where flavor meets passion. As a spice enthusiast and entrepreneur, I’m dedicated to crafting unique blends that elevate your dining experience. Help me rescue my business and share the joy of flavorful living with our community. 

I’ve always been fascinated by the power of spices to bring people together. Growing up with a mother who is a passionate cook, I learned the secrets of traditional spice blending. I believe that spices have the power to transform meals from ordinary to extraordinary and help my customers have great memories with every meal.

The goal for this campaign is to raise capital to support the business which is going bankrupt due to the instability of the economy. My mission is to continue to provide high quality and sustainable blends of the selected spices I produce. Your support will help me enhance my operations, rebrand, officially register the business and finally share my passion with a wider audience. I have come a long way trying to grow the business in the past 4 years both online and in person. It was going very well for a while however the economy has been extremely unstable with the prices of raw materials constantly rising. I need to procure these raw materials in bulk in order to sustain the business, buy packaging materials and invest in some market promotion of the spices.
