So far we have a lot and started to mark off the foundation and and digging it out i will let you know as soon as we are our of the ground, the location is good no chance of flooding and mudslides yeah always something to think about in construction

Good day good people
My name is Gisli and i am being kinda forced in to a retirement (its a medical condition that happened once and might never show again, but it has limited me for work like having a branding on my forehead)
anyway i am looking to retire in Surigao in the Philippines and enjoy watching my daughter grow up.
this money is only supposed to frame in the house and make it livable for me doors windows and some insulation
the rest utilities and interiors i can take my time doing it properly so i am coming to you good people for a little assistance.
