I founded and co-create the democratic school Kalejdoskop, where children's rights are obvious. I co-create them with children and adults. I promote and cultivate a culture of cooperation, bonds with the environment, consensus, discovering strengths, taking responsibility for oneself, accepting failures and treating them as moments of learning about oneself and the world. I'm learning to celebrate successes.
