Did you know that research from the Barna Institute shows that a child’s worldview begins to take shape as early as 15 months of age? By around age 13, that worldview is already deeply rooted — and many young people have already made an inner decision about whether they want to live their lives with God or without Him.

That’s why it’s so important to reach them early — to walk with them as they grow, ask questions, and search for meaning.

We’re a community passionate about helping children and youth encounter the love of Jesus. For over seven years, we’ve been building a space for young people and with young people — living out the words of Psalm 145:

“One generation will commend Your works to another; they will tell of Your mighty acts.”

We long to see a generation that knows Jesus personally, follows Him boldly, and grows both spiritually and personally. Our dream is that young people would become strong in the Lord, shining as the light of the world and the salt of the earth —bringing hope, faith, and joy to their peers and communities.

We run regular gatherings for five age groups — from preschoolers to high school students.

• Children’s groups meet once a month
• Youth groups meet every week

Each meeting is a space to discover who God is and who we are — through Scripture, worship, music, dance, creative workshops, and honest conversations.

There’s room for questions, doubts, laughter, and friendship.

At Jafa, we believe in nurturing every part of a young person — their faith, creativity, and potential. That’s why we invest in high-quality workshops, opportunities for service, and shared experiences like retreats and school missions.

Right now, we’re collecting funds to maintain our new space — the home where all these activities can truly come to life.

Over the past year, our community has been scattered — meeting in borrowed rooms and temporary spaces. It was difficult to keep things consistent, and organizing joint events was nearly impossible. Each team had to carry all their materials and equipment every time — a huge challenge over time.

That’s why we decided to rent our own place — a stable home where young people can:

• meet weekly in a safe and welcoming environment
• grow in faith and friendship
• explore their talents and passions
• simply be together
