Chalkida Animal Welfare is tirelessly dedicated to improving the lives of stray animals in the greater Chalkida area of Evia, Greece. Every day, our volunteers step in where the city falls short—caring for dogs and cats who would otherwise be left without help.

Our work covers the full spectrum of animal welfare: rescuing strays, providing food and shelter, carrying out health checks, organizing hospitalizations and surgeries, and offering ongoing care for the sick and injured. We manage sterilization programs to prevent overpopulation, and we run seminars and training initiatives to raise awareness and build a more compassionate community.

From capturing stray animals for spaying and neutering, to feeding entire packs, to finding loving forever homes—our volunteers handle it all with dedication and heart. But this crucial work depends entirely on the support of people like you.
