Popis

We provide a comprehensive package including hiking descriptions, interactive map, coordinates, tips, and much more.


The hike begins at the village of Miamou and leads up on gravel roads to the wind turbines outside the village. From there, you have a beautiful view of the Libyan Sea. After that, the trail goes back down on gravel roads, passing by olive groves, through a typical Cretan landscape, back to the village of Miamou. This hike can be nicely combined with a visit to the village of Lentas on the south coast, where there is also the opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the sea.

 

The hike is possible all year round!

We provide a comprehensive package including hiking descriptions, interactive map, coordinates, tips, and much more.


The hike begins at the village of Miamou and leads up on gravel roads to the wind turbines outside the village. From there, you have a beautiful view of the Libyan Sea. After that, the trail goes back down on gravel roads, passing by olive groves, through a typical Cretan landscape, back to the village of Miamou. This hike can be nicely combined with a visit to the village of Lentas on the south coast, where there is also the opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the sea.

 

The hike is possible all year round!
