Hi, my name is Martina and I create a transformation program for people who have stood by others for years – and now can’t even stand by themselves.

I’ve been through triple burnout in my life, so I know how difficult it is. Burnout took away my strength, motivation and health. But it also showed me how deeply life can change – when we start building it from within.

From this experience, the program “Back to Yourself after Burnout” was born – a safe space for people in helping professions who have given themselves away for years and now deserve their own support.
