Hi, my name is Martina and I need your help to bring hope to hundreds of people who – just like me – have found themselves at the bottom of their powers. I experienced triple burnout. I lost not only energy, but also meaning, motivation and myself. Although I am a coach and I helped others find their way, I ended up exhausted, without income, with a body that literally screamed STOP. I had to change everything – and from the chaos I started to build a new, healthier life. Today I know that burnout is not a failure. It is a challenge to change. And I want to make this path accessible to others.
