I know it might look like I’m collecting funds for a plot of land and a house. But let me share my story with you. It’s not about whether I like this house or if I aim to profit from it. It’s about something much more significant. Together with my family, we aspire to regain what is rightfully ours – the plot of land that used to be connected to our home.

Unfortunately, the current owner of this house we aim to acquire obtained the land from our aunt in an unfair manner. She has some intellectual challenges. He acquired it illegally, even though he was supposed to pay $40,000; in reality, he only gave her $5,000 and managed to complete the transaction. Unfortunately, we learned about this too late to take any legal action. In Poland, there is a statute of limitations for crimes, and every lawyer I spoke to indicated a slim chance of winning in court – only 10%. Furthermore, the legal process could take up to five years. I decided it would be better to buy back the land than to endure the complexities of the legal system

Regrettably, I can’t gather the required amount of money in a short period. I aim to make this purchase as quickly as possible.
