y dog and I need help

Hello, I never thought I’d be doing this but I am at a point where I have no where else to turn to.

My name is Teddy and I’m 22. I live off around 8000 CZK off disability income. If you know the living prices you know this isn’t a lot and means I can barely meet ends meet. Through all of this I’ve been looking for a job but have been denied from absolutely every single thing I’ve tried to apply to (I assume this is because I am disabled) 

Even though I don’t have enough for myself I can never say no to an animal in need. Around 5 years ago I started taking care of my local stray cat colony because no one else will, I solely pay for all of their food and I’ve even slowly managed to get them all castrated. 

I found a very small kitten in a bush a few months after I started caring for this cat colony and took her in. She was around 5 weeks old and was absolutely infested with parasites. She thankfully survived despite the vet warning me that the chases were low. 

I then found a cat on a highway and took him home, he has unfortunately since then passed away from FIP but he stayed with me for around 3 years and I’m so glad I got to know him for that time.

I also have a cat that found her way to me and ended up giving birth, I found homes for the babies but not mama cat so she has been living with me since then. 

Despite these all being big burdens on me financially I have managed for all those years. But now I’m in trouble. 

4 years ago I found out a family in my neighbourhood was abusing their dogs, they would be left outside tied to a pole on a block of concrete, barely any food or water, living in absolute filth. The female dog was pregnant and I immediately stepped in, i fed them and cared for them the best I could and when momma gave birth I continued to care for her babies. My plan was to keep everyone alive and safe for the two months it would take to ween the babies of mom and then to get everyone out of there. I managed to find people to adopt the puppies, all except one. And when the time came I finally got authorities involved because the owners refused to hand over the two adult dogs. So everyone was safe and I was stuck with a puppy. 

Seedy was very hyperactive and extremely attached to me. She doesn’t bark, she screams. She loves bread for some reason and hates kids because I think she doesn’t understand why they’re a different size than me. I love her so so so much. She means everything to me. Seedy despite getting potty trained ended up always peeing herself and the vet told me it was because she had a weekend bladder so she’s been wearing diapers since she was a baby. 

A few weeks ago she had a seizure. And of course I panicked and I wanted to take her to the vet but I couldn’t afford it and so I justified it in my head thinking it could be a one off thing. And now it happened again. And I can’t get her help. 

From what I found out it could be epilepsy or diabetes, both of which require medication that I yet again will not be able to afford. I’m so scared and I don’t know what to do. So I’m begging. Please, if anyone had anything to spare so I can actually take her to the vet and get this looked at.
