Where children grow upphysically healthy, spiritually free and mentally creative!

They will beable to use their own will, emotions and thinking to lead an independent and responsible life, to make their environment more humane.

Our main goal is to organise a calm, emotionally secure kindergarten life, with lots of beautiful natural and festive experiences, continuous free play, creative art work and active community activities.

All this is based on the age-related needs of the child and ensures harmonious development and a healthy lifestyle.

We have found the physical location of our nursery. This former family house was the 1994 Residential House of the Year.

Protected by a closed fence with a beautiful wooden gate, it is a 270 square meter property with a wooded and shrubby garden of almost 2000 square meters.

Behind the garden there is an endless field to explore

The house is located close to the roundabout of Box-Gyula-Békés, easily accessible from the surrounding villages.

Our goal is to open the Light of My Sun Waldorf Kindergarten in September 2025 in this "Beyond the Glass Mountain" fairytale setting.

5/6 of the price of the house on Dobozi Road is generously covered by our patron. He is also advancing us the remaining 1/6, 10.000.000 HUF, but our Association has to raise it within a short period of time.

Another of our sponsors has donated the cost of materials for the renovation, here we are collecting for the work of the contractors.

We need to build a children's changing room, a children's washroom, replace the tiles in one of the rooms, the future play area, upgrade the heating and renovate the terrace tiles, including a barrier-free entrance.

We would also like to spend a lot of time outdoors in the natural climate of the garden, where we would like to build a sandpit, garden toys, dolls house, canopy, swings, garden tools, tools and storage for the kitchen garden, for which we also need funds.

If one area receives more donations than is sufficient, we will group donations to other areas where they are lacking.

We are fortunate to have a major donor to whom we owe the building, as well as a patron who is providing materials to help with the renovation.

In addition, we have a designer who plans the necessary modifications and helps us with our work, a lawyer, and several families and parents whose children will be coming to us - whoever is good at what helps.

We also believe and feel that we have the Heavens on our side.

In the second half of June, we can start the renovation of the house and open the doors of our kindergarten in the autumn!

Other values we can offer through the mission of Waldorf education:

● Waldorf institutions are educational workshops that develop the "hand", the "heart", the "head" - in harmonious order - simultaneously and equally.

● Waldorf education consciously makes use of the self-reinforcing, anxiety-relieving effect of rhythm - repetition. The cycle of the year is linked to the seasons and Christian holidays, preserving local traditions.

● Waldorf Kindergarten is for children of mixed ages, in this family community everyone has a role to play and everyone is needed.

● Each Waldorf Kindergarten is a social space where community members shape the community through self-education. Members use their individual knowledge and skills to benefit the community by taking on individual tasks and responsibilities. Where teachers and parents are actively involved in the life of the kindergarten, carrying out the roles assigned to them and carrying out the tasks that flow from their responsibilities. All this takes place directly in front of the children, serving as a good model for the development of a new kind of cooperative skills.

● The long-term running of the nursery is ensured by the state subsidy and the amount of parental contributions. In Waldorf schools, parents contribute on a social basis. This mode of operation has a community-forming role, a present- and social-forming effect.

All of this, based on the developmental needs of children, supports their harmonious development and encourages a healthy lifestyle.

We have found the physical location for our kindergarten: a former family home that was awarded "House of the Year" in 1994.

This 270-square-meter property is enclosed with a wooden gate and fenced yard, complemented by a nearly 2000-square-meter tree-filled garden.

Behind the garden lies an expansive field, waiting to be explored.

The house is located near the Doboz-Gyula-Békés roundabout, making it easily accessible from surrounding towns.

Our aim is to open the Napom Fénye Gyermekkert Waldorf Kindergarten in September 2025, in this fairy-tale-like setting "beyond the glass mountain."

One of our patrons is generously covering 5/6 of the purchase price.

The remaining 1/6-10,000,000 HUF-is being advanced to us, but our Association must repay it within a short timeframe.

Another patron has pledged to cover the cost of renovation materials.

We are now collecting funds for the wages of the professional construction workers.

We need to create a children's changing room and bathroom, replace flooring and modernize heating in the future playroom, and refurbish the terrace, including an accessible entrance.

We also plan to spend plenty of time outdoors in the garden's natural atmosphere, where we wish to install a sandbox, garden toys, a dollhouse, treehouse, swings, gardening tools and equipment, and storage units. We are also seeking financial support for this purpose.

Our main aim is to create a calm and emotionally secure kindergarten life, with many enjoyable nature and festive experiences, continuous free play, creative artistic pursuits and active community activities.

All this is geared to the age-appropriate needs of the children and supports harmonious development and the emergence of a healthy lifestyle.

We have found the location for our kindergarten: a former family house, which was awarded "House of the Year" in 1994. The 270 m² property is protected by a closed fence and a beautiful wooden gate and has a garden of almost 2000 m² with trees and shrubs.

Behind it lies a wide field to be discovered.

A generous patron will pay 5/6 of the purchase price of the house.

The remaining 1/6 - 10,000,000 forints - will be provided in advance, but will have to be raised in a short time by our association.

Another patron will pay for the material costs of the renovation, and we are currently collecting donations for the costs of the craftsmen.

We would like to install a nursery and a children's bathroom, renew the floor in the future playroom, modernise the heating system, renovate the terrace and create a barrier-free entrance.

We would also like to spend a lot of time outdoors - in the natural atmosphere of the garden. There we plan to build a sandpit, play equipment, a doll's house, a tree house, swings, gardening equipment for the vegetable patch and storage facilities. We also need funding for this.

A planner accompanies us with renovation work, a lawyer helps us, as do several parents of future kindergarten children with their expertise. We also feel the support from "above".

The renovation work can start in the second half of June, and in autumn we would like to open the doors of our kindergarten!
