Let us offer families with young children a new alternative in their choice of nursery school!

Let's bring to life a nursery school that is created and run through community cooperation.

A place where childrencan grow intophysically healthy, spiritually free and intellectuallycreativeindividuals!

They will be able to use their own will, emotions and thinking to lead independent and responsible lives andmaketheir environmentmore humane.

Our main goal is to organise a nursery life that provides emotional security, many beautiful natural and festive experiences, continuous free play, creative artistic work and active community activities.

All of these, based on the needs of children of this age, ensure harmonious development and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

We have found a physical location for our kindergarten. This former family home was the residential building of the year in 1994.

It is a 270 square metre property protected by a closed fence and a beautiful wooden gate, with a nearly 2000 square metre garden with trees and bushes.

Behind the garden lies an endless field waiting to be explored.

The house is located near the Doboz-Gyula-Békés roundabout and is easily accessible from the surrounding settlements. 

Our goal is to open the Napom Fénye Gyermekkert Waldorf Kindergarten in September 2025 in this fairytale-like environment "beyond the Glass Mountain".

Our patron is generously covering 5/6 of the price of the house on Dobozi Road. They are also advancing the remaining 1/6, 10,000,000 forints, but our association must raise this amount within a short period of time.

Our other patron has offered to cover the cost of the renovation materials, so we are collecting funds for the contractors' labour costs.

We need to build a children's changing room and toilet, and in one of the rooms, the future play area, we would like to replace the flooring, modernise the heating system and renovate the terrace flooring, adding a barrier-free entrance.

We would also like to spend a lot of time outdoors in the natural climate of the garden, where we would like to set up a sandpit, garden toys, a doll's house, a tree house, swings, and garden tools, equipment and storage for cultivating the kitchen garden, for which we also need financial resources.

We are grateful for every donation, and we really need your help!

If we receive more donations than we need for a particular area, we will allocate them to another area where they are needed.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have a major sponsor, to whom we owe the building, as well as a patron who is helping with the renovation by providing materials.

In addition, we have a designer who plans the necessary renovations, and we are assisted in our work by a solicitor and several families and parents whose children will attend our school – each helping in their own way.

We also believe and feel that the heavens are on our side.

The renovation of the house can begin in the second half of June, and we can open the doors of our nursery in the autumn!

● Waldorf institutions are educational workshops that develop the "hand", the "heart" and the "head" simultaneously and in harmonious order.

● Waldorf education consciously utilises the self-affirming, anxiety-relieving effect of rhythm and repetition. The annual cycle is linked to the seasons and Christian holidays, preserving local traditions.

● Children of mixed ages attend Waldorf nursery schools, and in this family-like community, everyone has a role and everyone is needed.

● Every Waldorf nursery school is a social space where community members shape the community through self-education. Members use their individual knowledge and skills for the benefit of the community by taking on individual tasks and responsibilities. Where teachers and parents actively participate in the life of the kindergarten, they take on distributed roles and carry out the tasks arising from their responsibilities. All this takes place directly in front of the children, serving as a good example for the development of a new kind of cooperation.

● Long-term operation is ensured by state subsidies and parental contributions. In Waldorf institutions, parents contribute to the cost of education on a social basis. This mode of operation has a community-building role and a present and society-shaping effect.

The remaining 1/6—10,000,000 HUF—is being advanced to us, but our Association must repay it within a short timeframe.

We are now collecting funds for the wages of the professional construction workers.

We need to create a children's changing room and bathroom, replace flooring and modernise heating in the future playroom, and refurbish the terrace, including an accessible entrance.

We also plan to spend plenty of time outdoors in the garden’s natural atmosphere, where we wish to install a sandbox, garden toys, a dollhouse, treehouse, swings, gardening tools and equipment, and storage units. We are also seeking financial support for this purpose.

They will be able to transform their own will, feelings and thoughts into a self-determined, responsible life and make their environment more humane.

Our main goal is to create a calm and emotionally secure kindergarten life that offers many beautiful experiences of nature and celebrations, continuous free play, creative artistic activities and active community activities.

All of this is geared towards the age-appropriate needs of the children and supports harmonious development and the emergence of a healthy lifestyle.

We would like to install a children's cloakroom and bathroom, renovate the floor in the future playroom, modernise the heating system, refurbish the terrace and create a barrier-free entrance.

• Long-term operation is ensured by state subsidies and parental contributions. The amount of the contributions is determined on a sliding scale. This structure strengthens the sense of community and has a formative effect on society.
