I am Fabio Toscano, dog trainer and owner of the 'Allevamento di Casa Toscano' project. My vision is to go beyond traditional breeding, creating new Italian dog breeds that embody the best qualities of temperament, health and beauty.

My Ambition: Giving Life to New Italian Excellence

My goal is not just to breed dogs, but to shape the future of Italian cynophilia. Through careful genetic selection and a targeted breeding programme, I want to give life to two new breeds:

Italian Wolfhound: A proud and intelligent dog with an innate protective instinct and a versatility that makes it suitable for multiple uses. Definition of Selection Targets

2. Selection of Founder Reproducers:

• Czechoslovakian Wolfdog:Contribution of wolf characteristics and balanced temperament.
• Evaluation of health and pedigree.
• Doberman:Contribution of intelligence, trainability and protective instincts.
• Screening for hip and elbow dysplasia, dilated cardiomyopathy and other genetic diseases.
• Rhodesian Ridgeback:Contribution of robustness, stamina and balanced temperament.
• Screening for hip and elbow dysplasia, dermoid sinus and other genetic diseases.
• Genetic Testing:Perform comprehensive genetic tests on breeding stock to identify any hereditary diseases.
• Use test results to exclude disease-bearing dogs from breeding.

3. Mating and Puppy Selection Programme:
