• Dokončili sme niekoľko terénnych testov a kalibrácií.
• Posilnili sme našu administratívnu a účtovnú základňu, aby sme zaistili, že každý cent je presne sledovaný a spravovaný.
Teraz opäť naberáme na obrátkach, keďže sme dosiahli najvzrušujúcejšiu fázu projektu. Ďakujeme vám za trpezlivosť a nepretržitú dôveru. Spoločne to dotiahneme do úspešného konca!

Popis
1. Market Problem and Economic Impact
Europe is currently facing a severe data and monitoring gap in water management:
• Lack of Monitoring: Currently, 60% of Europe's open waters are not monitored in real-time—or are not monitored at all.
• Economic Damage: This lack of information causes €51 billion in annual damages to the economy, particularly in fisheries, agriculture, and coastal infrastructure.
• The Hydronet Solution: Our project aims to fill this massive gap. If we can cover just 1% of the affected waters with our technology, it would create a shift of such magnitude that it would fundamentally reform the sector.
2. Technological Status and Sustainability Model
The project has moved beyond the theoretical stage and is built on solid operational foundations:
• Prototype: The core technology prototype is already completed and functional, with development paths clearly defined.
• Operational Model: We provide the sensors through a leasing system. Discussions are currently underway for the operation of 1,000 sensors.
• Sustainability Potential: The monthly fee for a single sensor is €45. For 1,000 units, this generates €45,000 in monthly revenue, about 50% of which is reinvested directly into technical maintenance and the team's operations.
3. Current Status and Funding Goals
The project has entered the implementation and large-scale launch phase:
• The Team: A total of 17 specialists are currently working directly or indirectly toward the success of this mission.
• Need for Donors: To elevate the project to the next level and initiate full-scale social and economic deployment, we are seeking additional donors. The goal of these donations is to cover further development costs, prepare for production, and secure global launch expenses.
Summary: Hydronet is an initiative based on an existing prototype addressing a €51 billion environmental and economic problem. The technology is ready; our goal is to expand our donor base to collectively secure the future of water monitoring in Europe.
