I lived in Algarve Portugal for 4 years and I got tickets for driving through paying roads even with a ship to auto pay I got tickets that I didn't received the notice, and by the time that I knew about them was to late. Now i'm not able to pay everything and i'm just waiting for the day that someone will get my driver license :(
