Description
We would like to support the family of Marinka Muity, who passed away tragically on 15 October 2024 due to a serious and rapidly progressing illness, in order to keep her horses (Diva, Sunny and Winnie) together.
The annual cost of keeping the three horses - grandmother, mother and foal - is around HUF 1.5-2 million, which could be significantly increased by possible veterinary costs.
Due to the old age of Diva, the inflammation of Sunny's hoof and Winnie's young age, they cannot be ridden, so selling them is not a realistic option, and even if they were to be given away, it would be difficult to ensure that they would remain together and in good hands.
The family are keen to ensure that the two older horses have a safe place to live for the rest of their lives, while the young foal will hopefully find a loving new owner in a few years' time.
