My story is not unique. But it is deeply human.I am working. I struggle.

I've survived a lot, but this burden I carry has been with me every day for years. Not visibly. Not shouting.

It's unbearable.

It all started with an old loan. As a result of unemployment, the contract was terminated, it went to collections, and I paid what I could as agreed. I paid, and the debt still grew. The original debt of 3 million HUF (about 7500Euro) is now 8 million HUF (about 20.000Euro).

Now, finally, I have an opportunity:

If I can raise the remaining principal, they will waive the interest.

This could be the point where the past ends and we can start again.

I could already raise some of it.

For the rest, I am now asking for help - not for luxury, not for desire, but for clarity, air, calm.

This burden is no longer just pulling my thoughts down. Lately it has been making me physically ill. I am often weak, feverish. And I know what causes it: this suffocating hopelessness that I don't want to let win.

I can't face the future while this debt is here. No bank will talk to me. I can't even count on a few hundred thousand forints from the system.

I'm scared of what would happen if anything happened. If I lose my mother or something suddenly goes wrong - even what my family has built up through blood and sweat could be gone.

It's not just money. This is the key to my life.
