Hi!

I'm Charlie, and for many of you, I'm probably just a drop in the ocean of needs. However, if you decide to spare a moment of your time for me, I promise to make it worth your while.

I am a transgender, non-binary person who has already gone through almost all the stages of transition that mattered to them (those available in my country). And now, there's only one thing left for me to achieve complete harmony with myself - a bilateral mastectomy surgery with chest reconstruction.

For a very long time, it was a distant dream. Part-time work, mental health issues, and lack of financial support; all made raising such a large amount seem more than impossible. Especially with deepening depression and thoughts devaluing my worth.

But suddenly, almost like in a fairy tale, hope appeared on the horizon. Support from family, whom I didn't expect to count on, completely turned the situation upside down. Something that was recently unattainable became a matter of a few formalities...

And Your help.

Because, just as thanks to family support, the operation began to come into view, I still can't gather a sufficient amount of funds needed to achieve this goal.

The cost of the operation ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 PLN (approx. 4500 EUR), and the money I have saved, plus what I received from my family, is approximately 13,000 PLN (3000 EUR). So, I am still missing 7,000 PLN (1500 EUR) for complete happiness. Unfortunately, as a part-time working student, renting an apartment in one of the provincial cities, and paying a monthly tribute to a pharmaceutical corporation for the sake of functioning in society, I have no real chance of saving such a large sum on my own.
