Hello, my name is João Simões, and today I come to ask for your help to change my life. I have started a campaign to seek support for my treatments, as I struggle daily with chronic depression, a condition that worsened after the loss of my daughter. This pain has been with me for years, making each day a difficult battle to face.

Currently, I work as a cook, a profession that is physically and mentally demanding. Despite my efforts, I’ve been feeling more and more the need to find a new path where I can take care of my health and, at the same time, achieve a more balanced and happy life.

Therefore, in addition to continuing my psychological and psychiatric treatment, I have the dream of starting my own business. I want to build something that allows me to work in a healthier way, without further compromising my mental health. I know that this change could be the key to finally finding the peace and happiness I’ve been searching for.
