I was placed in 1 foster family when I was a child. We lived in Corcelle en Beaujolais in the world of agriculture, the grape harvest... I have been passionate about cooking since I was a child, surrounded by farmers who introduced me to local produce and their way of cooking it. And the mums who were responsible for cooking for the grape harvest every year taught me cooking from an early age, which motivated me to become an apprentice when I was 15.at the BOCUSE school in Lyon where I was lucky enough to be trained by bosses who gave me a lot and gave me a chance ... today I've been working as a chef for 24 years and now I've saved for 3 years to buy 1 eco responsible foodtruck to work with local produce, to work with farmers to introduce people to quality produce and also to be able to give young people a chance as they did with me ... I'd like to get to know you if you'd like to support businesses that work with local farmers and promote apprentice employment to try and give today's generation a taste for the jobs of the future and make them want to take over 1 day in turn...
