I am a Kenyan living in the Netherlands desiring to give back to my country and would love to invite all well wishers to join me in this. I am seeking funds to go into the completion of the building of The Turkana Children's Orphanage. The orphanage is intended to provide a home to Orphans from Turkana and surrounding areas. Turkana is in the Northern part of Kenya which is a very dry part of the country and prone to drought and famine. Every year a number of children die due to lack of food or proper nutrition. The most vulnerable in this area are orphans. The project started this month in November and there has already been approximately EUR 1800 raised by sponsors and well wishers and are calling out for others to support.
