I hesitated for a long time about starting a fundraiser, because I know that there are people who need help much more and I try to help as much as I can, but after my friends' persuasions, I will try...

The history of looking for a place to live in brief.

After the death of my mother (she died of cancer, before that, I was taking care of her, because of that I neglected my business quite badly, barely making money for the fees...) I started looking for a way to move out from two very problematic people (I won't beat around the bush - I feel at home like in prison... constantly controlled, insulted and humiliated...). I had a small amount of money (part of the money from the sale of a tiny apartment in Krakow where my mother and I lived before we moved to the same house with my grandmother and aunt - it was a poor solution, but unfortunately it was the best at the moment). I didn't believe that I would be able to find a house in relatively good condition, big enough to also accommodate my studio and in a place quiet enough to live there (issues of my hypersensitivity are another topic, I don't want to bore you too much with mine anyway long story).

I believe that finding it and collecting money to buy it is an absolute miracle. Literally at the last minute I had the amount I needed thanks to people who bought various items from me, with the rest of various coincidences and strange events throughout this story.

Mom died on January 3rd. I started a more serious search in February - then I went to Podkarpacie for the first time. Okay, it's been going through real estate announcements for about a year, before that I tried to persuade my mother to move out together because she couldn't stand the company of my grandma and aunt anymore... As a result, she sold that tiny apartment in Krakow, but she was too weak for searching for other place and moving...

This wonderful place of mine delighted me right away. As soon as I got there, I knew this had to be it. The price was unfortunately much higher than absolutely all my money. After some negotiations it was within my reach. In March I signed a reservation contract, I was missing exactly 20,000PLN at that time. From that moment on, I worked as much as I could, went to various fairs, worked for 12+ hours a day, and sold some things I owned. Literally, 2 days before the final contract, I had the full amount😀 May 12th this wonderful place was already mine😀

Now I am working very hard to be able to move there. Again, I'm going to various fairs, working for 12+ hours a day... Despite everything I wouldn't do, I know that I can't do it alone... Especially since my body has started to rebel, I'm getting tired of such marathons...

I don't need much to live in this house, the bathroom or sleeping room are in a condition that is absolutely sufficient for me. No fridge or a makeshift kitchen is ok. The biggest problem is with the most important thing to move, which is my source of income - the studio. My studio, especially the floral one, needs a lot of space and it will require a truck to arrive (hopefully I can pack it all at once...). Of course, the cost of moving will also be quite high(it's almost 200km from my current place), but so far there is no way to get there - the access road is quite steep, covered with grass, it will be difficult with a large vehicle (some courier recently gave up, he did not enter ...) Generally, at least a little hardening is needed, ultimately, in order to be able to drive there in the winter, it will have to be done properly.

In the rooms for the studio, I started a bit of demolition, such as removing curtain rods, replacing lighting, patching holes, preparing for painting. I hoped that this would be enough to move the workshop, be able to work in peace and earn money for further renovations... Unfortunately, there is a problem - on the ground floor I have floors on joists, somehow wild bees get under the floor... and die in huge numbers. To prevent this, it would be good to dismantle the floor, make insulation, screeds, floor heating etc. Unfortunately, I can't afford it either...

The most urgent things needed to do before moving

• heating - replacement of radiators and old boiler - in Polish climate that's the most important thing...
• hardening of the access road
• replacement of the entrance door/addition of a vestibule...
• replacement and insulation of the floors downstairs (this is where the studio is supposed to be, and unfortunately bees somehow get under the floors...)
• drainage and insulation of foundations and basement

Of course, there are more things to do, these are the most urgent...

But I hope it will work out somehow. I also hope that when I live there, my work will go better and I will earn money for further renovations and improvements.

As soon as I'm there I feel wonderful, finally, I'm not controlled at every step, no one comes when I drop something, no one listens when I talk to someone, I don't have to explain every move, purchase or whatever... It's a HUGE relief. As soon as I can live and work there permanent...

I don't want to reveal too much yet, but I want to create a place there that will serve women. I plan to organize various events for the education and activation of women - from personal and artistic development to help in setting up a business or promoting activities. The case has a lot of potential and I strongly believe that everything will work out. I just can't do it alone, especially when I'm so mentally drained...
