The Master Builder Reviving Traditions and Building Dreams Welcome to my campaign! My name is [Alin Bianga], and I have been working in the construction industry for 29 years. Over nearly three decades, I have gathered extensive international experience, including working for a year and a half in Antalya, Turkey. Between 2000 and 2017, I ran my own construction business in Hungary. During those years, I had the invaluable privilege of learning the deepest secrets and respect for the craft from old-school, traditional master builders. My absolute specialty is the comprehensive renovation and preservation of historical, old houses. I firmly believe that the architectural treasures of the past should be saved, not demolished. For instance, here in Petriș, there was a house over 100 years old that everyone had given up on. Nobody wanted to save it—except for me. I was the only one who said, "This house can and will be saved!" The project was a resounding success. Today, I am proudly managing another similar renovation project of a beautiful old house nearby. In 2016, I decided to move back to Romania and venture into something completely new alongside my existing construction company. This was when my ultimate dream was born: creating an eco-friendly agritourism guesthouse built entirely from strawbales. The beginning wasn't easy; it was incredibly difficult to find an architect willing and able to officially design and secure the complex permits for such a unique strawbale structure. But I persevered, and in 2017, construction finally began. Since 2017, I have been working continuously, pouring my own hands, heart, and soul into this dream. Now, after 10 years of dedication, and with your generous support, I want to fully complete this journey by 2027. The guesthouse is currently in its structural stage, and every euro raised through this campaign will go directly towards the final steps: Plastering the exterior of the building for aesthetic beauty and protection. Fully finishing and furnishing the upper floor, which is currently in its raw "red" (structural) phase. Purchasing the heating boiler and setting up the boiler room for winter comfort. This guesthouse is more than just a building; it is a testament to sustainable architecture and my passion for rural hospitality. Help me put the finishing touches on this decade-long dream. Thank you so very much for your support!
