I have inherited the land as a starting point for the company, the sum shall cover materials, some minor adjustments to the existing building on said land, salaries for the first 3 employees to start with(2 manufacturing, 2 installing, in both taking part personally)marketing and advertising, the branding and advertising campaigns I will also design myself to reduce cost, increase efficiency and exposure of the brand. It's designed to cover all expenses from material purchasing, labor force and production for 12 months in order to ensure a high product stocking for the successful launch on the expanding market of clean energy(which should be in the 7th to 8th month). The company aims for both B2B and B2C markets. At the certain point in time which I appreciate to be on the 2nd year the company aims to return up to 49% of shares to the initial investors.
