Deskrizzjoni
The goal of our organization is to decrease the number of fatalities and injuries that are caused by traffic accidents in our community by promoting safer road practices, improved driver education and more effective public policies, traffic laws and road infrastructure. Unfortunately, our country is faced with a serious problem in regards to its road safety. Greece is ranked as one of the least safe countries for road users and pedestrian and has disproportionately high mortality and serious injury rates compared to the EU average. We believe that through basic interventions in education, law and infrastructure, we can greatly reduce the number of traffic accidents and prevent the unnecessary related deaths and injuries. Our team consists of parents whose personal motivation is to create a safer world for their children while also benefiting our community by making our roads safer for all road users.
