I am currently pursuing a career in interior design. At the moment I am studying the arts of creating a beautiful place. For people that don't yet know or haven't even heard of this job, we essentially are responsible for the layout of the internal space in a building or structure. The design impacts on the wellbeing, safety and function of a space, a job that is time consuming but very beautiful and satisfying when you get to see the finished product and the reactions of the people who trusted you with a very important thing in their life. We work in close connection with architects and choose the right colours, lighting, furnishings and decoration as best for our clients to reflect their desires and dreams when it comes to the space they live in, to really make that space a place they can call "home".
